We currently deliver to all cities and regions across the UAE.

Delivery Time

• Standard Delivery: 2–4 Business Days

• Delivery times may vary during public holidays, peak seasons, or due to unforeseen courier delays.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive tracking information (where available) to monitor your delivery.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are accurate. SaudiCart is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

شكرًا لتسوقكم من SaudiCart. نلتزم بتوصيل طلباتكم بسرعة وأمان إلى جميع أنحاء دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

مناطق التوصيل

نوفر خدمة التوصيل إلى جميع مدن ومناطق الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

مدة التوصيل

• التوصيل القياسي: من يومين إلى 4 أيام عمل

• قد تختلف مدة التوصيل خلال العطلات الرسمية أو مواسم الطلب المرتفع أو بسبب ظروف خارجة عن إرادتنا.

معالجة الطلبات

• تتم معالجة الطلبات خلال 24 ساعة من تأكيدها.

• يتم تجهيز الطلبات المقدمة في عطلات نهاية الأسبوع أو العطلات الرسمية في يوم العمل التالي.

رسوم الشحن

سيتم عرض رسوم الشحن (إن وجدت) أثناء إتمام عملية الشراء قبل الدفع.

تتبع الطلب

عند توفر خدمة التتبع، سيتم إرسال معلومات تتبع الشحنة بعد شحن الطلب.

العنوان غير الصحيح

يرجى التأكد من صحة عنوان الشحن ورقم الهاتف. لا تتحمل SaudiCart مسؤولية أي تأخير ناتج عن تقديم معلومات غير صحيحة أو غير مكتملة.

تأخير الشحن

قد تحدث بعض التأخيرات بسبب الأحوال الجوية أو العطلات الرسمية أو مشكلات شركات الشحن، ونقدر تفهمكم لذلك.
