At SaudiCart, we are committed to providing a smooth shopping experience with fast delivery and hassle-free returns across the UAE.

Shipping Policy

• We deliver to all cities and regions across the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
• Standard delivery time is 2–4 Business Days after order confirmation.
• Orders are typically processed within 24 hours.
• Delivery times may vary during public holidays, peak seasons, or due to unforeseen courier delays.
• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
• Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be provided whenever available.

Return Policy

• We offer a 14-Day Return Policy from the date of delivery.
• Returned items must be:Unused and in their original condition.Returned with the original packaging, tags, and accessories.Free from damage, misuse, or signs of wear.
• Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and its packaging.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 Business Days.

في SaudiCart، نسعى إلى تقديم تجربة تسوق سهلة وموثوقة مع توصيل سريع وإجراءات إرجاع بسيطة في جميع أنحاء دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

سياسة الشحن

• نوفر خدمة التوصيل إلى جميع مدن ومناطق دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
• مدة التوصيل القياسية هي من 2 إلى 4 أيام عمل بعد تأكيد الطلب.
• تتم معالجة معظم الطلبات خلال 24 ساعة.
• قد تختلف مدة التوصيل خلال العطلات الرسمية أو مواسم الطلب المرتفع أو بسبب ظروف شركات الشحن.
• سيتم عرض رسوم الشحن (إن وجدت) عند إتمام عملية الشراء.
• سيتم إرسال معلومات تتبع الشحنة عند توفرها بعد شحن الطلب.

سياسة الإرجاع

• نوفر سياسة إرجاع لمدة 14 يومًا من تاريخ استلام الطلب.
• يجب أن يكون المنتج:غير مستخدم وفي حالته الأصلية.مُعادًا مع العبوة الأصلية وجميع الملحقات والبطاقات.غير تالف أو مستخدم أو معدّل.
• قد لا يتم قبول المنتجات التي لا تستوفي هذه الشروط.

المنتجات التالفة أو الخاطئة

إذا استلمت منتجًا تالفًا أو معيبًا أو مختلفًا عن طلبك، يرجى التواصل مع خدمة العملاء خلال 48 ساعة من استلام الطلب مع إرفاق صور واضحة للمنتج والتغليف.

استرداد المبلغ

بعد استلام المنتج وفحصه، سيتم رد المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية خلال 5 إلى 10 أيام عمل في حال الموافقة على طلب الإرجاع.
